Organizational-Tactical and Psychological Basis of the Use of Special Knowledge during the Investigation of Criminal Offenses Committed by Organized Criminal Groups under the Conditions of the State of Martial

Abstract

Abstract. As a result of the current situation in our country, the problem of investigating criminal offenses committed by organized criminal groups in the conditions of martial law is especially acute, since the specified activity has acquired new dangerous forms and manifestations of perpetration. The above makes it necessary to constantly improve the methods of investigation of criminal offenses committed by organized criminal groups already available in forensic science. At the same time, it is important to form organizational, tactical-psychological, technical-criminological foundations of the investigation of the specified category of criminal offenses at all its stages, in particular at the stage of using special knowledge. The purpose of the article is to highlight the organizational, tactical and psychological foundations of the use of special knowledge in criminal offenses committed by organized criminal groups under martial law. The scientific novelty of the article consists in highlighting certain organizational, tactical and psychological aspects of the use of special knowledge in criminal offenses committed by organized criminal groups, taking into account the specific circumstances of their commission – the conditions of martial law. The author classified specialists who were involved by investigators in the process of investigating criminal offenses committed by organized criminal groups under martial law, depending on the most common areas that received increased criminal attention from criminal groups. The main organizational and tactical-psychological measures used by the investigator in the process of conducting investigative (search) actions with the involvement of a specialist are highlighted.
