Psychological Features of Improving the Professionalism of Psychologists Through the Formation of Innovative and Legal Competences
Abstract
Abstract. Highlights the importance of innovative and legal competencies of psychologists in the process of improving their professional level. The purpose of our study is the theoretical substantiation of the psychological and pedagogical concepts of improving the professionalism of psychologists through the formation of innovative and legal competencies. The methodological basis of the article is the general psychological and pedagogical provisions on the essence and development of the personality in the process of life, theoretical provisions on the essence of the regularities of personality development, the principle of a systemic approach. Effective human activity is possible only through understanding his motivation, the path of research of cognition, the application of the principles of worldview to spiritual creativity and practice. The methodology for the formation of innovative and legal competencies is associated with the theoretical understanding by psychologists of the need to improve their professional level. Improving the professionalism of psychologists through the formation of innovative and legal competencies is based on humanistic principles, which are reflected in the emergence of new concepts, namely: psychological and pedagogical support, psychological and pedagogical support, legal competence, innovative education, innovative competence, subjective experience of the personality. The criteria for the professionalism of a psychologist are social experience, positive qualities of the personality. Social experience, in addition to knowledge about society, includes knowledge about various types of social activity, their real. The scientific novelty of the article lies in highlighting the psychological features of improving the professionalism of psychologists through the formation of innovative and legal competencies. Technologies for the formation of innovative and legal competencies in psychologists. The formation of innovative and legal competencies in psychologists contributes to professional improvement. A professional with high authority contributes to the development of Ukraine with his achievements.
