Використання службових собак для емоційної підтримки працівників Національної поліції України
Анотація
Анотація. Актуальність дослідження ефективності використання службових собак зумовлена необхідністю емоційної підтримки співробітників Національної поліції України з метою підвищення результативності виконання правоохоронних функцій у період дії воєнного стану. Метою дослідження є аналіз закордонного та вітчизняного досвіду залучення спеціально відібраних і навчених собак-терапевтів до процедури емоційної стабілізації поліцейських, а також розроблення методичних рекомендацій щодо організаційних і практично орієнтованих чинників підвищення її ефективності. Методологія дослідження сформована відповідно до його мети, а також специфіки об’єкта і предмета. Розглянуто досвід залучення собак-терапевтів до роботи в поліцейських департаментах зарубіжних країн, проаналізовано й узагальнено результати досліджень впливу взаємодії із собакою на емоційний стан людини. Проведено ознайомчі процедури взаємодії поліцейських зі спеціально відібраними службовими собаками в семи районних управліннях поліції Київської області. За результатами опитування учасників цих зустрічей встановлено відмінності їх емоційного стану до і після роботи із собаками. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо оптимальних сценаріїв проведення таких зустрічей та їх регулярності. Практичне значення досліджень полягає у створенні нових інструментів реформування емоційної стабільності поліцейських під час виконання ними службових обов’язків у період дії воєнного стану, а також розширення можливостей їх психологічного відновлення.
