Psychological, Legal and Political Aspects of Introduction of the Ukrainian Language as a State Language

Abstract
In the article it is analyzing psychological, legal and political problems of implementation of the Ukrainian language as a state language. It is given the short historical review of the Ukranians’ discrimination by the language factor which is realized by the czar’s and soviet governments. It is remembered about attempts two of the Ukranization of the social life (20th and 50–60th years of ХХ century). It is showed some fragments of the colonizational politics regarding the Ukrainians and it is adduced of the psychological, legal and political reasons of such situation with the Ukrainian language today in Ukraine and it has been argued the optimistic thought about the improvement in this question.Downloads
